1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, a następnie wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na realizacji projektu pod nazwą: „Remont elewacji wentylowanej budynku biurowego położonego przy ul. Polskiej 13A w Gdyni (81-339)” wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych decyzji administracyjnych.
2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarto w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym, który stanowi Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
3. W dniu 23.06.2025r. o godz. 10:00 odbędzie się wizja lokalna w terenie. Miejsce spotkania: przy recepcji, ul. Polska 13A w Gdyni. Udział w wizji lokalnej nie jest obowiązkowy.
