Description of the object
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, budowa, sfinansowanie, wyposażenie a następnie utrzymanie i eksploatacja w okresie umowy pirsu Portu Zewn., na którym zlokalizowany zostanie terminal kontenerowy (przy czym dopuszcza się także inne, poboczne funkcje wytworzonej infrastruktury), o wstępnie zakładanej docelowej przepustowości 2,5 mln TEU rocznie. Zakres obejmuje również prace czerpalne w obszarze torów podejściowych do Portu Gdynia (wodna infrastruktura dostępowa). Urobek pobrany z obszaru prac czerpalnych zostanie wyrefulowany w miejscu planowanego pirsu Portu Zewnętrznego. Zakres projektu obejmuje również lądową infrastrukturę dostępową drogową i kolejową, przy czym za jej budowę od strony lądu do bram terminalu odpowiedzialny będzie Podmiot Publiczny. Dopuszczalne jest fazowanie inwestycji, przy czym warunki fazowania będą przedmiotem negocjacji w trakcie dialogu konkurencyjnego („Przedsięwzięcie”). Postepowanie ma na celu zawarcie umowy o PPP.
